Soccer House

Scope of Work

Soccer House started from the studs. We were on site in September 2025 with walls going up and door measurements being taken, and from there it was months of steady work turning raw framing into a finished facility. Framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and a full parking lot asphalt pour all had to come together in the right order, on a property that was being built out and moved into at the same time.

The finish work on this one was a whole project in itself. We poured and set concrete around six columns at the front entry ramp, installed gym mat flooring in the stockroom, cut and fit countertops for the press counter, stained and trimmed the stairs, mounted TVs, installed blinds, built out both bathrooms with grab bars and mirrors, and kept coming back to work through punch lists until every last detail was done right. It's a space that feels intentional from the moment you walk in, and that didn't happen by accident.
