Scope of Work

We kicked off this one with a site walkthrough in August 2025, and from day one it was clear this space needed a full gut and rebuild. The existing concrete had to be chipped out for plumbing, all penetrations sealed, walls framed with aluminum studs, and the roof sealed before anything else could move forward. It was the kind of project where you have to get every early step right before the finish work even becomes a conversation.

Once the bones were in place, the team worked through ceiling framing, electrical rough-in, insulation, drywall hung and primed, mini splits installed, and baseboards run throughout. We removed an existing apartment door and framed in a new doorway to fit the layout, patched concrete, and kept the site clean and organized all the way through. By the time we were done, it was a completely different space than what we walked into.
