We primarily serve the greater Atlanta area and surrounding suburbs. If you have a project outside of this immediate area, please contact us to discuss feasibility.

Is Capital Development licensed and insured?

The Building Process
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary significantly based on the scope. A commercial build-out may take 3–5 months, while a custom home can take 10–14 months. We provide a detailed project schedule during the Pre-Construction phase.
Can I make changes once construction has started?
Yes. We understand that visions evolve. We handle change orders through a formal process to ensure budget and timeline impacts are clearly documented and approved by you.
How will I be updated on progress?
We use Buildertrend, a premier construction management software. You will have a personal login to view daily logs, photos, schedule updates, and financial documents 24/7.
Investment & Financing
What is a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)?
A PSA allows us to begin the pre-construction work (estimating, planning, site evaluation) before a full construction contract is signed. This ensures precision in our final proposal.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive one-year workmanship warranty on all projects to ensure our high standards of quality are maintained long after handover.
Can you help with financing options?
While we are not a lender, we have strong relationships with several preferred banking partners in Atlanta who specialize in construction-to-permanent loans and commercial financing.
