Scope of Work

This one started with demo. We pulled all the carpet out of the office and lounge areas, scraped and cleaned the floors down to bare concrete, and knocked out 25 damaged ceiling tiles before a single new material went in. From there we took the entire facility through a full interior renovation covering flooring, paint, tile, electrical, and finish carpentry across the showroom, hallways, conference room, and finance office.

The showroom floor alone was a multi-week process from grinding and prepping the epoxy area to full tile installation and grout. All the walls and ceilings got painted, the ceilings going black throughout the showroom. We laid LVP in the offices and lounge, hung new doors, corrected all the baseboards, installed reducer transitions, pressure washed the back driveway and windows, and came back at the end to repair chipped tile and touch up paint until everything was right. It's a space that now actually matches the cars inside it.
