Kilwins Atlanta

Scope of Work

When Kilwins brought us in, the space was completely raw. Over the next several months, our crew was on site daily tackling everything from framing the vestibule and laying tile to running gas lines for the fudge stove, getting the walk-in freezer commissioned, and working through multiple rounds of inspections. There were days the owner was moving product in while we were still finishing electrical. That's just how it goes sometimes, and we made it work.

We coordinated every trade on this job including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and specialty installs like the storefront signage and wallpaper. We hit a snag on the fire inspection and got it resolved the same day. We patched drywall, pressure washed the patio, assembled the outdoor furniture, and were still on site in February making sure the corner guards and wallpaper were perfect. By the time we handed it over, the store was ready to open and ready to impress.
